j2 Global Communications want money they seem to be scammers.

Has been calling me for 2 weeks multiple times a day even though I'm on the DNC list. When I got on here and read other complaints, I tried calling them back, but it sayd the number is not in service.

Scam internet yellow pages. They lie and tell you that you had a listing with them last year, they are verifying the listing info and going to send a bill. $459 a year. Scammers!

Same story. These ****s call 3-4 times a day. I answered once. In their best Indian accent the man said he wanted to "verify my location information". I said "You first. What's your name and where do you live?" He ***g up, but the # still keeps calling...

Harrassment from this phone number. Reporting this on 11/10/2010. Posing as a representative of the Yellow Pages online. Pushy. TG

This number calls no less then 5 times a day even after I have told them we do not own a business. How do I get them to stop calling?!

They call me every day 3- 4 time a day today (9-29-10) they called me 6 times, I work nights and I've asked them to stop 5 or 6 times but they keep calling, and if you return call that number it registers as a disconnected one.

We've gotten several calls from this number.  A few times a day.  Most times they **** up, other times they will try to 'verify a yellow pages listing'.  It is getting very irritating.

Get this call at out business, we tell them to stop call our busness take us off their list but they keep calling. They have been calling us for the last year and a have wanting to update our yellowbook.com. What a scam! wish someone would do someting about it.

J2 Global Community is the caller ID but I never answer it as I don't have time to deal with fraud callers.They call every day twice a day and have for months. It's just a matter of time before they get busted  and I never answer the phone so I don't really care.   But will report them anyway bc they are bothering others and I have 122 calls from them logged into my fax caller id (operates in the backgroumd to ccatch police monitered calls from someone whom I have a restraining order a***nst    I will surely report this as a call from him - he's Hispanic and has a thick S.american .  This will be a no ***iner now that I know what they sound like from you other's being harassed (call center............sure....).

These idiots call almost every day. I wish someone would put them out of business.

I didn't get harassed but someone just sits there and then ****s up.  Noise in the background.  Im just going to put it in my phone as don't answer.

These people call my work every single day!  I have spoken to both a man and a woman, and clearly these people are out to scam you.  They have asked me to verify our "internet listing" and "yellow pages listing", and in both instances I will say, "We do not use that service" and they will quickly **** up.  These people are absolutely restless, and the man is straight up rude.  He will talk down to the admin in order to attempt to force her to put his call through to our employees.  Hopefully someone is giving these people a piece of their minds, because they're out of line!

Call Every day 3-4 times a day and no on is ever on the line. When you call the number back the number had a fake recording saying it is disconnected.

They called and said wanted to update on Yellow Page Ad, I told them we do not advertise all we have in the yellow pages is a line ad. They said this was for our internet ad, I told them we did not have one and were not interested in having one. He ***g up on me.

They called wanting to update the yellow pages. I told them that we already have one for the REAL yellow pages. They wanted to charge $459.99 for a year to be listed online. I told them the REAL yellow pages list our business for free. They still have the nerve to keep calling. I quit answering. They've also tried calling as an unknown number. They are Info Yellowpages. I checked their website...it doesn't interest me.

continue to get calls everyday and they wont talk to me just **** up. but it is infuriating having them continue to call as i am trying to run my business and get enough calls a day as it is. wonder if my cell company can block their calls?

These people call me nearly every morning and never leave a message. It has gotten to the annoying point and I would like to see it stop.

We got a Judge to issue a Cease and Desist after he saw our phone records. We agree, prbly be in jail before long

I HAVE NEVER CONTACTED THIS BUSINESS & THEY HAVE CALLED ME EVERY DAY FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS BEFORE I PICKED UP THE PHONE! WHEN I ASKED WHERE THEY GOT MY INFO. THEY SAID THEY HAD ME ON THIER SITE FOR A YEAR & NOW THEY'D UPDATE MY INFO BUT IT WILL COST $450. WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THIER BUSINESS I DID NOT GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER. SO I ***G UP ON THEM.

I just received a call from them.  They try to say they are calling about Yellow page ad.  I aksed the girl what number she was calling from and she said it was a call center.  I told her without having a phone number to return her call that we would not speak to them.  I will see if this helps any

J2 Global Communications owns efax, and other fax like services.  I don't know if someone is simply using this service as a cover, but the folks that call me ask to "verify the information for my yellow pages listing before the invoice me".  Of course I have no listing with them, or any other yellow pages for that matter.  This is a sales scam.  When I asked for their phone number, they just say "its a call center".  When I say I want to report them for violating the do-not-call law, they **** up.

I get a call every day at the same time. Usually they call twice within five minutes.  A few days ago I pegged them as NO for my caller ID so that when they called I could just silence it and go on with my day.  Today I got a message. In the background you can hear the boiler room and after a few seconds my caller said "I hate you man".  A few more seconds of room noise and he ***g up.  As long as I don't answer they aren't using up my minutes so if they want to keep playing this game I am sure I have more patience than they do. If you reverse call you get a message that this number is temporarily out of order or some such nonsense.  Obviously someone on a phishing mission.

Lady asking me if this is our business. I said yes. She wanted to verify our business info. I asked he who she was. I said that we don't have INFOR YELLOW BOOK service with you. she ***g up.
