this guy with a very bad accent- india- says his name is jimmie johnson, said the cops were going to be at my work tommorrow. I was going to jail for fraud. The bad thing about it is he is calling me at work and it gets me so mad that I  s**** cussing at him and I work in an office and other people can hear me. Is there anything I can do about this guy? It has been going on for months.

Just got the same call saying the same exact things, it is very scary to a point that your nerves are shattered.  I told them to send me a statement and if I in fact owe you money I will send it by mail.  They refused and continued to harrass me.  Is there anyway someone can track this numbers they use and some them from harrassing people.  By law not even a debt collector is allowed to harrass you.

Ray McKenzie. A supposed attorney who is going to fine me $10,000 if he doesn't get my address, notify the state police that I am a dangerous criminal on the run, ***t me down if I run away, arrest me at work, arrest my family and boss, and give me "life for prison." Woah...this guy should write a novel, I had no idea attorneys were so ambitious. What a **** load of BS.

I got a call from these scammers saying I owe a payday loan and I need to pay up or else I will be arrested tomorrow at my work and my employer will be arrested also. What a *****pot. They did call my work and try to get information and find out my address. They used the name Allen Smith and somthing Parker. Trying to scare me into getting in touch with their billing dept and they even had my bank account number. Apparently off a email I thought was a real application for a loan. It was a fake pfishing scam email. Once they have that info they call and threaten.

A woman by the name of Tina Menzes called from an unknown #, asking for my husband.  She claimed she was a lawyer, but clearly she was calling from a telemarketers very busy room.  I pressed HER for information as to where exactly she was calling from, what company?  She finally tells me "ACS", I google it and find a bunch of other people complaining about (714)-441-8693. FRAUDS, don't listen.  If they wanna take us away, GET A WARRANT!

Just had a threatening call from this number stating they were going to come to my house if I was not there they were going to come to my place of employment to speak to my manager some type of fraud.  How do these people get this information. This is completely harrassment.  I called them back aske for what information they had and they said they could not give it to me.  I said to them since I can not get the information the by all means please call the police.  I will be waiting for them to come.

Just had a very threatening call from this number saying I owed a debt and they were sending "officers of the court" to my house to collect.I notified the FTC and filed a formal complaint. They are aware of these scammers and said the call originated from India - figures!I was****ured that I should ignore the threats and get on with my life, but it was terrifying how convincing these people were.
