Caller kept saying " Do you ignore Toshiba" when I tried to end the call he said " I sounded like a Betty"

Guy keeps calling American Airlines reps, and harrassing them.

I work as a CSA & have received several "prank" calls from this number. They've never been ****** or harassing, as of right now, but they are strange, almost riddle-like. For example, I'll say, "How can I help you?" & the response is so****ing like, "what is help?" or "what is****istance?" If you try to redirect or get more info to see how you can help, caller will say so****ing like, "that's not important," followed by another random thing, such as, "some people are impotent...do you know what impotent means?" It's all very strange.
