WOW!  Same thing!  I gave some tax information to the State of California re: taxes just this morning!!!  THE STATE IS SELLING OUR INFORMATION!!

Same txt msg as Jay and John.  Sounds like a phishing attempt and is pretty intrusive.  Best not to respond to the txt and ask your phone company to block it.

Just got the same text. The company is Teleport communications group in anaheim, ca.  did some research.  never texted back.  dont know what kind of personal info that might give them on me if i do.  i tried calling from a landline.  "this person is not accepting calls at this time or so****ing"  Found the anaheim telephone number... 714 502 9632. it just rings and rings.  they have offices throughout the US. they are not bbb accredited... watch out
