Now they call themselves "Amercain Family Council Centers" These calls come in anytime of the day or night. How do you stop them?

This is a company that will drive you crazy.  They are a "Debt Counseling" organization (National Consumer Credit****ociation, NCCA).  They have Non-Profit status and therefore even if you are on the Do Not Call Registry they can call.  In my opinion they are not a non-profit organizatin but based on the law they are so they can call us.  They use many numbers.  One other number they use is 714-680-3551.  Be careful!
