DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL OR FINACIAL INFORMATION ON THE PHONE!!! The Robo call is from someone who is pretending to be from the IRS. The IRS does not call people, all legal information from IRS will be in writing & received through the mail, they will not ever contact by phone!

Robotic voice Scam about a lawsuit filed a***nst me by the IRS. Incredibly ****** for someone to claim they are the IRS calling my work number!! My work phone number is a legitimate Federal Govt phone....LOL!!!

They called me with IRS scam. Called them back about every five seconds and let them know it is a scam. They stopped accepting my calls so I waited about an hour and s****ed calling them back every five seconds a***n. Going to call them tomorrow and every day. I am going to be a pain in there**** like they are to every they call.

People that have a special place in*****. "Final Notice of IRS Lawsuit a***nst you..."

left a voicemail, so i called back. foreign guy answered saying he was with the irs and wanted ALL my bank account info. knew it was a scam, so i talked to him for like 20 mins just to waste his time. we both got comfortably inappropriate and ******. pretty funny.

Called twice over a couple of hours and left threatening voice messages.

Called 3 times in 2 hours. Ignored it every time.

Official notice from the IRS about a lawsuit being filed. Received 2 other calls a few weeks ago (that I reported to the fair trade commission) from a different area code but same wording. Disregard! IRS does not notify by phone, only by mail.

A friend of mine wa***** by a woman who was on a call with a guy from this number. The woman was so distracted because the caller had her running all over town getting gift cards to send to the "IRS" to pay a bill she owed. SCAM!

I received three calls and robotic voicemails from this number, pretending to be the IRS. BLOCK THIS NUMBER do not give them your information to steal.

This is a scam that said ' we have been trying to reach......this is the last call......to inform you the IRS is filling lawsuit a***nst you'

I got 2 of these calls today. Same as what everyone wrote in these comments. Delete!

Got the same message that IRS is filing a lawsuit a***nst us. Figured it's a phishing scam to get a call back. I called IRS dire and reported them.
