Spammer; Attempting collection for unpaid Tmobile account, that us in current dispute. Rude caller.

This number calls me all day and evening. Every time they call, they call back at least 3 times in a row, exactly 2 minutes apart. No message. I have an ongoing dispute with Sprint over them overcharging me for a new phone purchase (paid in full for a new phone with debit card. They got bank authorization for the correct amount, but then later presented a higher amount to the bank). Sprint keeps trying to recharge me the higher amount (even though they have acknowledged the higher charge was an error), and submits charges to my debit card without my permission. Ugh. Can't get this resolved, and I think they are the culprit. ANYONE KNOW WHAT AGENCY I CAN CONTACT TO HELP ME? WHO OVERSEES THIS KIND OF DEBIT CARD ABUSE?
