They left a message about lowering my interest rate....to whom or for what was undisclosed.

I'm in Houston, TX. They called me on July 5 and didn't leave a message. I didn't call back****uming it was a scam. If it's important/legit, they'll leave a message. Even then, some messages are shady so you have to be careful.

They called 7/28/13 but left no message. I tried calling the number but it was always busy.

****** call from a number I did not recognize. Didn't answer, no message left. Call received at 1300 eastern time.

They called about a credit card I did not possess and when I went to speak with a live operator they ***g up.

Just called at 10:18am, I did not answer. No voice mail left.
