calls and for me by name.............I do not pick up with numbers that I don't know besides my phone blocks only 30 numbers and it is full from other ****s that call from different numbers. How do you get them to STOP

I got a call from this number. I just received a phone call from a computer asking for a guy who doesn't live here (and who I have never met). It asked me to press one if I was him, two if I was not. I pressed two, and it said it would call back later, and ***g up.So I called back the number, kinda ****ed that there was no way to tell it they have the wrong number and not to call back. It goes to a recording with several options. One for automated payments, one to get my "pin number" and then "other". I push the ****on for other, and then it gives me two options, search by social security number, or debt collector ID.If I could get in touch with a supervisor or an actual human being, I'd really like to tell them it's a wrong number. I'm pretty sure this is illegal.

Called several times looking for somone that does not live here and I don't even know. The calls are normally during the day but last night it was at 11:07 P.M.. There is never anyone on the phone when I answer just a recording about some collection company looking for somone unknown to me. They always leave a different number to caal back on and ref acct#********. When I call that number to complain It never goes through.
