I received a call today from, 714-676-4599, they left me a voice mail saying I will be arrested in the next hour. I called back to ask what it was for and the Lady who answers went over a long list of charges I was being charged with and told me I have been notified. I asked for more information and she said she would transfer me to my lawyer. When the man answered he said he worked for john hill lawfirm in Oa****d California, was every short and said he will reach out to the courts to see if they can file a "oocr" not sure what that is. He placed me on a hold and said he would request this for me because I said "I'm not running, if I owe money I will pay. I have no intention of anything else but clearing this up". He came back on the line and told me that I'm luck that they approved for me to pay now and to avoid being served. Once I told him I could pay him $500 of the 1500 that they say I owe( keep in mind I still have no idea what this is a about, I have asked multiple times, still no answer). He placed me on another hold and told me when he got back on the line that the collectors said they will take 500 now and i have 30 mins to pay the next 1000. The man then yelled at me and said I'm wasting his time, I asked if I could call him back and he said once this call ends I will lose all opportunity to resolve this matter. The ***g up on me after he said that. At this point, I'm so lost, I want to clear up anything. Thanks for the panic attack, just lost a day of work from the stress!
