Just called me on a block number, some guy name jay leaving a voice message

10 calls- said it was about real estate property. Sneaky sneaky

The man left a jumbled message from my daughter to give me stating I "was due in court the next day and to call him by noon". I was shocked! I called the courthouse and asked and they thought I was nuts. He said his name is Jay Rodriguez. I called the number after 9pm. I don't even live in CA, good luck on getting me in court with him before noon the next day! Who leaves messages like that with kids??? I wish I could file a harassment suit a***nst him. My daughter was very upset!

It's apparently an attorney named Jay Rodriguez.  He is very ****led and obscure and leaves messages with children.  Not professional in any way!  I was very angry.

Definitely a bill collector using illegal tactics. They typically leave false or misleading information on your telephone trying to trick you into calling them back. They appear to get their information from your credit report.

this is a bill collector of same sort. he has no last name, and is a rude****hole.
