Called my cellphone,didn't leave a message...really annoying calls.

yeah, the fbi and cia will be all over that.

i didnt pick up..i called the number back and it said report this number it is aprank call.

This is at least the 3rd call from these guys on my cell and several more on my home phone.  Effective immediately, I plan to have an air horn on hand.  The next time they call, they'll get an earful.

I got a call on my cell phone from this same number, but luckily I wasn't available to answer it...  No message was left for me.  When I researched the number here, I found out from all of you folks what kind of call it was.  Thank you for informing me!

These dirtbags have been calling for months with a different number each time.  They are s****ing the numbers.   It is always the same voice and message.  "Rachel from cardholder services"  F__ING theiving scammers!!!!!!!!!

I'm calling the police on this and then the FBI and the CIA... this is bull****... i'm sick on these sick F***ER.....Thay should be hull off to jail... and get their hands cut off...

keep calling my prepaid phone. never given that number to anyone but family. obviously it's a crock...

714-697-3204 keeps calling, with 'Rachel from Cardholder Services.'  I responded, 'Please do not call a***n' - of course it's just a ma****e on their side, but that's their problem - this should be enough for legally informing them to stop calling.This is the fourth time they've called.

I got a call from 714-697-3204, and since I was on the phone with a friend I declined them and called back. When I called back it said the line was busy so I just searched the number online.

just got this call on my work cell.  these guys are right...some scammer.  i called it back and the vm sounded like a marine...telling me its a scam and i should report them, "****ah!"

The standard message is "Hi, this is Rachel from Cardholder Services. There is no problem with your current credit card... If you would like to speak to an operator about lowering your interest rates, press 1 on your phone." Then, if you press "1" to tell someone to take you off their list, they will **** up on you. It has happened to me on my home phone and now my cell phone.
