Robocall selling auto insurance. They called my cell phone, listed on Do not call registry.

Called my unlisted cell phone number at 3:53 pm on a Wednesday.

This company called me on my cell phone even though my cell phone number has been listed on the do-not-call list. They seem to be selling unwanted insurance policy.
