They wont stop calling me. I dont care about a survey.I speak spanish so-so and told them I was not interested. They called back today in the morning. I was nice though and asked the young lady if she wanted *** in my area?And that we could have a grrrreat time. I dont think they will call back but with computers you never know.

The called saying it is for a Mktng Research Survey for Xerox Co. They s**** asking... No matter you trll rem ur busy!!

These people keep calling and asking for Spanish speaking inviduals. They have called my home no less than 10 times already and get angry when I tell them we don't speak Spanish.

I don't know this number and the caller would not identify themselves.

Someone from # 714-706-3200 called my number. They didn't leave a message. I called them back and this guy answered (sounded like a guy in his late 40's early 50's who has been smoking for years). He told me I must have dialed the wrong #, that he didn't call. (Yet I did *69 so not sure how I could have the wrong #).Thanks for all the posts. I won't bother next time to call back.

Don't know who and what this company is. They keep calling and don't even know my name; they simply say "this must be a bad time for you, I'll call later sir." then **** up and call back in a couple of days.

I have also been receiving phone calls. They have left several messages of deep breathing and the odd*****o. I happened to pick up the next time ... they claimed to be a company (Strategic Council) doing a survey for ING. ING has confirmed that they do, in fact, have this company doing a survey for them and have been receiving many complaints. After asking opinion related questions they wanted to know the types of accounts I have with another ban**** this is when I ***g up and now they keep calling back to finish the survey. The last call was at 10:30 pm!

***ody on the other side. When I said*****o, the pitch of the static on the other side c****eda a little. I agree with other users that this is a telemarketer looking for fresh telephone numbers. I've added the number to my directory as "spam" so next time they call, my caller ID shows "spam".

This number 714-706-3200 is calling me several times a day.  I picked up a few times nd there is no one there.  Who is it and how do I make them stop?  Only the number came up on caller id.

this number along with several others appear to all be from the same place...if we don't answer, they call back using another number. we refuse to answer any more calls if we don't know exactly who it is that is calling. the only way to stop this I guess is to get rid of our regular phone and just have cell only...which we can block any number we put in...seems like it will be a very long list! being on the national do not call list is useless! we get just as many calls as before...they just find another way around it. we have just s****ed to turn off the phone completely...which is not good since we have elder parents that might need help. honestly, if so****ing happens to one of them...we will look into legal matters.

Got this call on my answering ma****e.  No message, just a lot of breathing and scrat****g.  Didn't bother to call it to find out who it was because obviously, it's  telemarketer.

Got a call from this number. When called back heard creepy noises. That made me search this on the internet. Thank god I found these posts.

My sister just called me asking me to listen to so****ing.  She recieved a missed call from a number and called it back.  When she called, she got screeming in her ear.  I know that the number is register in the Orange County area of Southern California.  Nothing to worry about people.  Just some telemarketers calling from CA.  Why do you get screeming when calling back?  I don't know.

Has called a number of times today.  Left messages with no sound.  I answered and no reply.  I called it back and got a recording of high pitched animal noises

Phone rang, answered it, 10 second (or so) pause and then a **** up

when you call the number back - it is sound like someone screaming - crazy

We do not want survey calls, especially at dinner time, can not understand the so-called English (???) and do not believe we will be taken off their list.Unknown name on caller ID. I am on the No Call List in my state and Nationally. I was called May 21,2010 at 5:18pm. Asked if they could do a survey. WHEN....will all the calls stop. Shows Unknown Caller on caller ID.

Sounds like a women being tortured. Comes up as "Unknown Name" on caller ID.

We missed a call from this number on one of our business lines. The call showed up as out of area. When we called the number back we were played a recording of people making monkey noises.

This call came in from "Highlands Research."  The rep was nasty and said she would call back 100 more times instead of remove me from the list.
