This is an Orange County remodeling firm known as Pacific Coast Home Solutions using a fake caller ID "First Regional." Check Yelp out for the 1-star rating of this annoying outfit. We've received more than 80 phone calls and they refuse to take you off their list. Horrible company.
My caller ID says they are First Regional also but no message was left!
