Got a call. Didn't answer and they left no voicemail

Call came in on my landline. I called the number but that number is blocked. they call us but don't want us calling them. Time for the PUC to get involved.

Got a call on my cell phone from this number but no message left.  It looks like it comes from Buena Park, California no other information

Got an unsolicited call, let about 1.5 seconds of message with an unintelligable word (Rides?  Rise?  Horizon?) and disconnected.  Noise in the back ground like a boiler room of telemarketers.

Got the same number.  I answered it, got someone on the other end but I ***g up after she said*****o.  I suspect it's a telemarketer.

Came in on my cell phone. Left no message.

Keep getting this number on my cell phone.
