From Thomas Bryan.  I think these types of calls are "pre" telepests e.g., they call to see if you pick up, then if you do, they send your number on to a "real" telemarketer.  We get the **** ups all the time an you can usually bank on another telemarket call within an hour.

This number calls several times a week and ****s up when I answer. Caller ID shows Thomas Bryan. I've filed complaints with FCC as I'm on the DNC list.

Receive repeated calls from this number, Discount Carpet Cleaners.  Am on DNC have filed a complaint with the FCC.
