"Is *****(name of mother) there?" I Said no and he said "oh" and hung up, he has called this number before doing the same thing I thing proceeded to call him 10 times in a row and no answer, he obviously isn't someone we know

Answered call and all they did was breathe and hang up.

Called and tried to tell me they were tax releaf

This guy threatens that he hacked your laptop and now has video of you and wants $1000 or he'll put it on Facebook. Charming fellow.
