SCAM!!!!!

I went round and round with him for 15 minutes and I told him I DID have an attorney present. I requested a copy of the "contract" he claims I defaulted on in October 2010, but he could not provide.They got the #'s off payday loan application sites. Ask him to produce a copy of the contract and the loan #. When he says he cannot, then tell him you want a demand in writing. I asked for it and he ***g up.

I got same call very threatening  with a very heavy Indian accent with a name of Chris Brown.Really....

I got the same call! I don't know how to get them to not call me??? Any Answers

Scam, scam, scam.  Do not call back, do not give out any info.  There is no lawsuit.  Beware.  If you do speak to him, threaten him back with legal action.  He is trying to trick you into giving out your private info or worse.  Beware!!!!!!!!!
