when you take out any kind of loan and s**** making payments to pay it back and so****ing happens beyound your control does not mean you don't won't to or you are refusing to pay your debt, it just means hard times and you can't for now. As an example after i took out mine i got hours cut at work and then was completely out of a job for awhile and when i went back to work i tried to make payment arragements, but they wanted it in full so they just put me down as refusal to pay and was really RUDE.I tried to explain my situation but they didn't want to listen. People don't ask for hard times and i'm sure would rather pay than not!!! I know I would.

Got a call from Mr. Johnson at  8:41 A.M. on Sept.2,2010 stating that this was  pe***ion and was a fraudjalent based instrument and a time sensative matter and said I needed to call him back but left another # to call him back which was 866-2419765 ext. 234. I have not returned that call as I have had other  calls that i checked out and  I read that they are scams.
