this guy with heavy accent called to say they would not file an affidavit a***nst me in federal court if I wanted to make a deal.  otherwise, he & his investigators would come pick me up at work.  I wish he would try this.  this is a crook.  THANK YOU ALL FOR THE PHONE # TO THE ATTNY GENERAL.

I got a voice mail from a guy(with a heavy Indian accent) saying his name was Austin Jones and he was part of Law and investigation and he said that he couldn't give me any info over voice mail but to call 716-218-4042. I don't call any numbers I don't know why to call so I looked it up and found out that it is a scam and I am not going to call it back because I don't want to go through this. I have gone through it once and I don't want to do it a***n. They can call me all they want but I am not going to do anything about it. I new so****ing was up also when the number on my phone was not even a phone number it was 1001. when I called that back it told me the number can't be complited as dialed. People now a days are getting to smart to be scamed. They should just get a life and stop trying to take everyone elses.

I would advice everyone who has to deal with these people, to get in touch with the Attorney General's office in NY and get these creeps shut down.The number is 1-716-853-8400. jack smith is a fake nam and these people are a scam if they are calling you they stole you ssn. i would call right away

a guy with an accent called me saying a loan company was suing me for a loan i never got... he had all my info... now i don't know what to do...

I person called of couurse has accent claiming to be from the dept of law and investigation and force of action will be taken a***nst me . He also stated feel sorry for me if it happpens. i called the number back and it was busy.Very threatening and ****** language. I also will call FTC, State Attorney General Office and the BBB.

A guy called claiming to be officer James White from the Dept of law & investigation for my sister on my cell phone. Same As always its nothing but a SCAM! DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION to these ppl.
