Calls all the time if a mess is left its usually a recording never says where they're calling from or who there calling for or even what they want...

very, very nasty, swears at you on the phone, if you **** up on them, they call right back screaming at you, threatening you with getting hauled into court, arrested, etc., They are working as an arbitration unit to collect money, usually for a pay day loan you defaulted on and the pay day lender "sold" your debt to them. They add on "fees" on top of what you owe to "settle" the account which is illegal, They don't work with you by mail, you don't ever get anyting in paper form you can hold in your hand, they demand bank info to set up a payment and take more than they are supposed to. They call your parents or other family members and tell them that they will have you arrested if they don't tell them your whereabouts and mis represent themselves as attorneys on the phone. Even if the debt is real, this "collection" agency is bogus, they try and get money out of you VERY illegally. If they don't stop bothering you, tell them you are reporting them to your state's Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. If they persit, find an attorney that specializes in Fair Debt Collection issues and have them file an *****ction a***nst them in court. The Fair Debt Collection Act is a Federal Law and there to protect consumers from being harrassed by debt collectors. Lying to you on the phone, misrepresenting themselves as attorneys, trying to get more money out of you than owed, yelling at you, swearing at you, calling constantly is harrassment and a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act.

Very rude - unprofessional & lthreatening

I received a call wanting me to respoind to this particular number concerning an arbitration on my behalf.  I have no idea what this concerns.
