Leave a CommentNot only did they call me (wrong number) on my private office line (I'm a physician), when I called back to let them know they had the wrong number they were actually rude to me for pointing out this mistake. Instead of just saying we will take the number off they asked me if I knew the person they were calling about (duh, you are calling a physician's private office line, how did you even get it?!) insuinating that somehow I was covering for her. They then asked if she worked here. I said to the person that the best way to handle this would have been to just tell me sorry for the inconvenience and they would taking this number out of their files. This person then said 'i don't have to apologize to you or to the person who were are trying to reach' and ***g up.When I spoke to a manager she just said she didn't 'condone' that kind of behavior and did not apologize for it. Said that she would not discuss with me how she was going to deal with this person (so****ing I did not ask her to do). Very rude and I'm not even someone they are trying to get to; they will be reported to the BBB!
This is a collection company and they threatened to garnish my wages to settle an account. I told the rep that I could pay $100 a month and that I could not afford the original payments. She insisted that I pay $3000 immediately. I explained that I was unemployed for 6 months and my husband had recently become unemployed and all I could afford was $100 due to childcare expense. The rep kept asking the same question until I finally told her that I was not going to argue with her and she screamed ,"Don't, it's not my fault that you don't know how to pay my bills!" and ***g up on me.
This is a collection company. They will call several times a day and they use intimidation, harrasment and insults to try to collect money. I explained I was going through a divorce, waiting for a settlement and I would pay my debt as soon as I had the money. The man asked me if I am working and I said yes but it takes every cent I make to feed my kids and pay bills. A***n I tried to tell him that I would pay as soon as I got my settlement. I even told him I would pay $50 per month until then but he said he couldnt take less than $100 and I would have to pay $100 that day! I told him there is no way I could do that then he told me that he had people living on welfare that could pay more! At that point I told him to kiss my a** and ***g up. I am going to report this company and I suggest you do the same! Collection agencies have very strict guidelines as to how they can deal with people and this company crosses them!
