My wife received a text from this number with a last name she hasn't had in 5+ years attached to an address she's never lived at (my father's address). Also mentioning a non-compliant complaint and a fake case number.

Received text saying they have a case related to a non-compliant notice at my address with a number to call.

Received a text with my name and address referencing a complaint I may try the number but if I hear the wrong accent I will block
