They are a debt collector....If you owe and cannot pay send them a Cease and Desist letter. They MUST stop calling. They will just move on to the next account.....Know your legal rights people!

It is a call from ACI, they are a debt collector. I talked to a guy named Joshua a few times to work out payment arrangements of a bill I owe, he wanted to make arrangements on his terms and wouldn't work with me at all. We talked about 5 or 6 times. The last time we spoke, he said that I would have to make payment arrangements on thier terms, or he would mark me as refusing to pay, and continue with legal action. I told him "NO, DO NOT MARK ME AS REFUSAL TO PAY, I AM NOT REFUSSING TO PAY, I JUST CAN'T AFFORD WHAT YOU WANT." He got nasty with me, so I ***g up on him. I am waiting to get some kind of legal papers or another call from the idiot. If I have to go to court, I will still only pay what I can afford, and right now that isn't much at all. Times are hard....very ********ly working a part time job, part time. Less than 20 hours a week most weeks.

This people are fake caller... Don't answer them.... They are looking for your personal data to steal your iden***y.

Got calls from this number twice today.Recorded message did not mention anything about the company.I called back the number and talked a guy. He said that the company name is ACI, but he has no idea who called. He said there are many departments/divisions using this number (this is very strange???? Very FISHY).I told him I will list this number in DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.If they call me a***n after 31 days of listing, they could be fined as much as $16,000.

Tried calling this back and they answer as ACI, collection company.

This number called me twice this am.  No message left or ID.  Another lookup shows that this is a cell phone from Tonawanda NY.  I requested a lookup with 411 White Pages, but they could not find any info except above info.  These guys must really have a real "hide the pea" thing going if they do not ID with 411.
