I GOT A CALL FROM A WOMAN NAMED MRS MICHELLE SCOTT FROM THE ABOVE NUMBER THE CALL BACK NUMBER WAS 1-716-418-8674. SHE CALLED ME ON THE 1****383074 NUMBER I PLAN ON CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY ABOUT THIS SCAM.

I rec'ved a telephone call from Ms. St. James this evening stating that I owe 900$, and that she represented a company charging me with commiting fraud.I left her a voicemail on a seemingly private messaging service, and she returned my call using a 1-800-838-3074 number. Suppose to be a law firm Lombardo,Davis,Goldman Law firm out of Tonawanda NY, Ms. St. James collecting for payday loans for ashlanding funding and mmg and who ever else I have report her ot the Ny police dept., BBB of NY,FTC she will get caught.Plus my employer has been notify to save all call and do***ents for the police. she is a scammer!!

I got a call from 716-416-8674 stating her namae is Ms. St.James i have beeen making payments to her using my debit card, She claims she works for a Law Firm call lambordo,davis and goldman law firm, I am not sure this is a real law firm, when I call the number after hours I always get a voice mail and it ALWAYS, ALWAYS goes to her No one else does not EVER pick the phone up. I have made sent her payments that I think I dont even owe. Please give me a number to NY Attorney General Office so I can report this I have all of my receipts on filed and I also have pull my statements my attornry here is going to find out where shes located and filed charger he has Authorities investigating as I speak, my job is also aware if she calls my job or try to send some faxes through about court issues. I hope know she will be caught soon!!

They said they were Law Group of California and were wanting money that was to be paid back towards payday loan. The amount requested is $500 on 10/22/10 and $496.46 on 10/29/10 then they wanted me to compose a letter of which they told me what to put in the letter and fax them the letter saying I had "good intentions of resolving this debt". They threatened to sue me with three separate charges if I did not resolve this debt by paying the amount being requested.
