After reading all the comments I firured out their deal. they get your credit history and ACT like they are collecting. But it is for their profit and doesn't have anything to do with ur actual creditors. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SCAMMMM !!!!!

this company called me this morning while i was at a dr appt when they didnt get a hold of me they called my ex husband in ky who i have been divorced from since 1997 then when i called back they would not give me much information and ***g up on me then a mrs collins called me back i told her the company they got a hold of for this past due bill was in my bankruptcy and she ***g up on me

They called and left a message and said they have an affidavit and a social security number that we needed to call back otherwise it would become a legal matter if did not comply. Who are these people. They got mad when I called back because I asked what this was in reference to and they said a settlement, but could not release the info to me.

A person calls my house and says there a papalegal wanting to know where "blank" is, I tell them I don't know, they get aggatated and begin to cuss me out. I call them back and they **** up the phone.

These people called me about a credit card that apparently was issued to me back in 1999 and since was written off. They told me that I owed over $4,000. First of all, I check my credit report often and have not seen any collections for this amount or remember having a credit card like such. I really shocked because I have never seen any past due notices from these people or any other paper work.

trying to collect a debt that happened back in 2002-2005. Acoording to them on a credit card. Asked if they can send me a bill or so****ing so that I can make payments on it if it is legit. The lady could not send me anything but was going to give me an address to write down or so****ing and then ***g up on me. If they want to collect a debt they need to help people who doesn't want to pay over the phone and without a bill sent to them. If they can get phone numbers I am sure that they can get our addresses too. Do not listen to these people trying to collect a debt for an attorney. And two how can you commit fraud on a credit card that was yours in the first place?

These people have been calling me trying to collect on a debt that's over the statue of limitations for the state of Indiana... These people have also contacted my mother using underhanded tactics to get my information.
