Two calls this morning from this number.  A collection agency for someone whom I dont know.

its a scam

I have gotten a call from this number several times...one time it was "an investigator" with a docket number asking for my attorney's information and all, this is all illegal...he made it seem like i was being sued and it was a legitimate claim and all which is illegal to do...I have worked in collections for 15 years, doing phone as well as door to door collection and I know the polices and how they work...I haven't received any letters from these people nor have I ever spoken to an actual human as I seem to miss their calls...just now I got a call from the same number and it was a recording telling me that they had recently sent me a 75% settlement offer sheet (which I have never received) same number, different approach, very strange...oh well, just wanted all to know. Thanks!!
