Ryan first called my husband and left a message with him, i called and he immediately knew who it was. It was all extremely creepy

Came through a local number. Asked for a family member and left voicemail. Very stern voice, acted like he was from an attorney's office, then gave what appeared to be the real number. Had a case number. From a company called DRS.
