On 03 19 2009 my son's wife called me and told me a Miss Stric****d from Graham and ***le****ociates called about a credit card debit I owed.  My son and family live in another state.  She gave her the phone number of 877 7936742. I called it the same day.  I asked for Miss Stric****d. But a man named mr daniels said he could help me.  I asked him alot of questios who they were and what credit card this was.  He said hold on . Another man named Donald Blane came the phone and said What questions do you have. I asked was this a attorney's office. He said yes.  I asked him how he got my son's number he said they did like a family tree. They traced him down. I asked what credit card this was and he first said it was a visa, but Mr Daniels told me it was a Mastercard.  i asked for the number and he gave me the number. He said it was a classic card. I said I don't remember a classic card.  He read off the last 4 numbers of my social ss# .  He then tried to make me a deal to pay off the card.  He asked for my banking account. But I told him I don't have one. Then he said I would need to get it from one of my relatives.  I told him NO. I would send a money order of 100.00 a month. He said no I couldn't do that. Then he said to go walmart and get a pre debit card. I asked him about the date of the credit card.  He said it was taken out in Feb of 2000. He told me to let him know by the next morning or They were going to take me to court. That they would get a court summons in my county.  Then I got on line look them up . My daughter did too.   I didn't call back. Then on 3 25 09 Mr Daniels called and left me a call on my cell phone that I needed to call him back as soon as possible about the settlement that he and I discussed. I did not make a settlement with him,but with Mr Donald Blane.  The number he called me on was 7165078486.  And he called me at home too. He said his department said I had only a couple of days left to see what I needed to do. The number He told me to call him back was 877 793 6742 ext 173.  I am now reporting a this phone call.
