I received  a call from john Moore from p&b capital about a bank of America debt I had from last year. Before I made any arrangements I had him fax me a letter to see if it was legit or not bc he said it was a pre-legal account. I did show my attorney the letter and confirmed that it was possible to have litigation a***nst me for the balance owed. I am not disputing the debt , I just think all the interest that was added is ridiculous

This guy is a sham.  He is posting ignorant comments on here under other names like Connie Walters and Theman.  He is a total a**hole who harr***** people who have no business with his company.  Report him to the F.T.C and I guarantee he will stop calling.

Connie, you didn't read all of his message. The call was in reference to an account for his daughter, who doesn't live with him. Even if the company is legit, to continue calling when you've told them the person they are looking for doesn't live there, is incredibly rude.

How does he have a partner in crime ? Lol from what I've seen this is a legitimate company. They wouldn't be calling you if you paid your bills. You run the risk of getting calls and being sued when you don't pay your bills. I mean what did you think would happen.

John Moore has left messages at my home and on my cell regarding some old account for my daughter who does not live with me.  He is rude and does not stop calling after you advise him to do so.His partner in crime is Andrew Foreman #813-579-9382 also from P & B group.

Well I got a call from John Moore stating there was a pending matter under final review and that it is time sensitive, so I called back and turns out it was my bank of America visa card that was delinquent. He told me that every account he has is pre selected for litigation if not paid. Well I did not believe him bc I have never been sued. Big mistake!!! Not even 3 weeks later I was served papers at my job for court. I called mr Moore back immediately to try and settle, and he basically said it was out of his hands now and that I had my chance. ***!!!!!!!!!!

Well Paula why don't you pay your bills or have your attorney call him back, bc people still do get sued and get judgements and garnishments , and last time I checked his company is the real deal and even part of the better business bureau

This number belongs to a legitimate debt collection agency, However numerous incidents of information requests irrelevant to this the debt in question, and subsequent incidents of multiple attempts to collect on the same debt though it has already been paid have been reported.  The company seems to operate under a number of pseudonumbers in various states all leading back to the same core organization.  One observerd strategy seems to be to aquire a legitimate debt and through coercian and threat attemmpt to elicit additional moneies from the the debt owner as well as the debt owenr's famiy, claiming the debt owner used familily infomration in securing the the debt making hte family liable for a portion or all of the debt.  The is both illegal and rarely the scenario of events were it not illegal.  Proceed with caution check the creditor name with that on your credit report, as well as the amount being reported.

John Moore said he has been retained about a matter of importance and that I or my attorney needs to call today.

I got a call from this number and so did my wife. From a Chris Conner. Very cryptic call, asking about my wife about my brother, or more specifically about her involvement with this individual.  When I returned the call I got a message ma****e that asked for a case number.

he was looking for one of my relatives.  Would not tell me why. He said he would file the complaint a***nst them if they did not call.
