i receive a partial call as well, threatening legal action if we don't return the call.

The caller appears to be a Robocaller who leaves a partial message threatening legal action unless the call is returned. This caller left two identical messages at 5:50 PM and at 6:29 PM on Wednesday, March 17th, 2021. There is no way to know the nature of the phone call. My caller ID indicates the caller may be "Junk". This number is apparently not associated with any known individual or business, reputable or otherwise.
