With an extremely heavy accent, they questioned an order I had just made (literally 5 minutes before). They didn't identify themselves until I asked them who they were. They wanted to send me an email but as I was already on a chat with Amazon I asked him if the person at Amazon Customer support would know what this was about. He said yes. Customer Service said Amazon doesn't call
