DJ06 AKA DAVID WILSON WE DO HAVE A REPO ORDER OUT  FOR YOUR(OUR) MOWER IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT STATE YOU ARE IN YOUR VAN HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS AND IGNORING CALLS WILL NOT C****E THE FACT THAT WE WILL BE PICKING UP OUR MERCHANDISE. RATHER THAN POSTING LIES PAY YOUR BILL!!!!!!!!

Theses people called a famiy member of mine about someone else and said she was a reference for them. They don't even live in the same state. We don't know how they got my family members phone number. said they were coming to repo lawn mower that there is a clear ***le to noting is owned on it. There was a loan to purchas mower but it was on a van. The note on the van is not behind. Isn't it a***nst the law to give out other people's personal info.

They called me about someone else's supposed debt (which my name was not on at any point). Telling me that they were going to put a lein on my house and calling me several times at my place of employment. In addition, they called several of my family members and lied about why they needed to talk to me. It is not my debt, maybe Admin Recovery employees need****istance in reading.They are NOT professionals yet, uneducated trash in my book. For example, the "man" that answers the phone, now he's got a job. But, I must consider the source I guess.

Same thing happened to me just today, they said the item would be reported as stolen..   however the County Clerks Office called me to find out where to serve the paperwork to allow the sheriff to search for the property and for a court appearance next week!   They told me to contact the 716-580-3763 and see if so****ing could be worked out.        The people at this number called a week ago, and told a friend of mine (who was a reference on the credit card account, but NOT on the account) that they were going to reposess the mower and 'were sending the sheriff out'    Isn't this a violation of the fair credit and collections act??      Anyhow they agreed to a settlement option but don't take payments.     So instead of paying my rent and vehicle payments and groceries I agreed to pay them..    I'm sure there is no recovery for me with their violation of disclosing what the nature of the call was to my friend.

Same thing with me, they said I would be in possession of stolen goods.

Called and left 2 messages pertaining to a ma****e we finance... One item is currently not fully paid for and they claimed they had court order judgements to reposes the items which they do not.They also claim they marked our serial numbers as "stolen merchandise" yet i have the original paperwork for all except the one that is not yet paid for, so they would only EVER be en***led to one ma****e in their best case scenario.They also called my family members phone numbers they found online somehow and threatened them with "fraud" and "in possession of stolen merchandise" if the items were found, to be reposesed at the family members homes.We run a small business and have been on the collection end of the spectrum several times a year with dead beat customers... what they've done is illegal and the entire story is a series of lies and deception. I wont so much as entertain their BS stories.

What are they going to do?  Reach through the phone and punch you?  Just ignore them and they will go away. Admin recovery is a collection agency who employs mean tactics to intimidate you.  Don't fall for it!
