LAW FIRM trying to say i have some outrageous debt n need to send money ASAP... theyre idiots

they called me today saying they were from a law firm and i need to send them one thousand dollars right now. i told them the statue of limitation expires in 3 years in nh and they just laughed at me and said that was not true.

Yup, they call me too, they leave a message saying that they are from the law offices of Colleeann Bergman and your lawyer or you need to call us back immediatly at 888 900 9749 ext 4221.  I KNW IT WAS SOME BILL COLLECTOR!!

The voice message said he was calling from Colleen Ann Bergman (I think - actually it sounded like Coleeann Bergman) and gave another phone number to respond to: 888 900 9749 ext 4221. This is a Bill collections. I did a reverse phone number search on White Pages and the indicated caller ID number of 716 635 9550 is listed as: Jonathan P Cawley 415 Lawrence Bell Dr Williamsville, NY 14221 (716) 635-9550 as a General Practice Law office.However, when I did a reverse search on 800notes,com the number is listed as: Bronson & Migliaccio, LLP 415 Lawrence Bell Dr. Williamsville, NY 14221 888 900-9749   (888) 990-8100716 635-9550    Fax  (716) 635-9556Now all these numbers will be listed in my cell phone contacts as "Do Not Answer".

called my cell claiming to be an attorney told him its the wrong number ask him not to call a***n and he just wants to go on and on asking me for my name etc.. told him non of his buissness

Says they are from a law firm - - couldn't understand the name. They keep calling everyday asking for someone who doesn't even live here!!

CALLED LAST WEEK WANTING TO SPEAK TO A PERSON THAT WORKED HERE OVER 5 YEARS AGO AND LEFT THE FILE NUMBER ON MESSAGE.  I CALLED BACK AND LEFT A VOICE MAIL FOR DEBBIE, THE NAME OF FIRM IS SO****ING, SO****ING BERGMAN IN WILLIAMSVILLE, NY, LEFT MESSAGE THAT THIS PERSON DID NOT LIVE HERE AND NO LONGER WORKED HERE.  TODAY, 05-21-10 GET A RECORDED MESSAGE FROM THEM IF I WAS THIS PERSON TO PRESS 1,. I PRESSED 1 AND IT LEFT A MESSAGE TO CALL BACK AN 800 #.  I HAVE CALLER ID SO I CALLED THAT NUMBER AND WHEN I WENT TO EXPLAINING SHE ***G UP ON ME, I CALLED BACK AND TALKED TO MARY AND EXPLAINED IT A***N, SHE SAID THAT SHE HAD TAKEN MY NUMBER OFF THEIR SYSTEM.

I call the s*** back and some **** fool ***g up on me when I was asking him a question " as if he was too good to talk " So I called back and got some Bi^%* of a woman and she would replete telling me who they were but when I would ask her she would tell me " I told you the last 15 times " Not one time did she tell me who they were  { LAIR } !Get a good coaches whistle and make the persons day. Write on a paper the phone numbers that you get tired of calling and then when that number shows up then **** it in their ear.   I know they were an lawyer collection agent but I can't remember the name.

received a call today (12/15) asking for Angela Mcelroy - no one by thatname here.  Told me to press 1 if I was Angela and if not press 2, Press2 and then it told to press 1 if Angela not available, press 2 (forgot)and told to press 3 if Angela not here.  I pressed 3 and music came on andit wounded like intermittent clicking.  I ***g up.
