I think these calls are from Ruffalo Cody call center within UB campus. They call and ask for money from UB alums.

i keep getting calls from this and various other (716) 645 numbers. i went to school in buffalo and recognize the area code.... did anyone else go to school there? i think it's the school looking for money

This number has called my cell for the past few days same time around 7pm, no message left and when I call back, I also get a busy signal.
