Leave a CommentI got woke up this am from a person from this 1st Bank Recovery Services accusing me of owing over $1,000.00 for a credit card that I had in my name back in 2000 in the state of Illinois. When I explained to them that I didn't live in Illinois in 2000, they called me a liar. I told them I could provide proof that I lived elsewhere in 2000 and that I wanted so****ing in proof because I haven't had a credit card from First Bank. They in turn, forwarded me to a supervisor who in turn cussed at me so I ***g up. They have since called me twice in the past ten minutes. What can I do to make these idiots stop harrassing me because I know for certain the account is not mine?
Continually calling home/work/cell...keep asking them to stop calling at work, they haven't stopped, threatened and yelled at HR office at work. Threatened to report me/have me arrested. Refused the agreement tried to make with them, told me to "keep my money then" but continues to harrass my place of work.
