On March 25, 2008 I received a call from Aurora, Gold and****ociates...saying they are trying to collect a debt for an old credit card. The man on the phone said he would sent paperwork stating our discussion. no paperwork ever arrived and this collection agency debt my checking account to the tune of $3244.00..I did not authorize this debt. Thank goodness my account was empty when this company tried to take money i never promised them...And my bank said it is legal for these companies to go into your bank accounts and take this money without taking you to court. When did we lose our rights ?
