caller id, wilson, ny # 1-716-751-4053. keeps calling,i keep telling them they are not getting any personal info over the phone, and not to call. they keep calling 9-930 am. i even asked for a supervisor and the guy continued to agrued with me!!! i keep ****ing up, but they call bac****!

They must be bill collectors - They call me between 9 a.m.-9 p.m. every day except Sunday. Just ignore them - after a while, they'll either stop calling or will contact you by snail mail, where you might have a chance to work out a deal. FYI - any bill that is over 6 years old and unpaid is considered legally "uncollectable"; the company must cease and desist contacting you after that.

Same issue that CMC entered above on 6 Nov 2009. DirectTV claims a contract was in force but can not show any proof of a contract with my signature or a verbal agreement.  They sent the disputed amount to Oxford after my initial dispute of them having a contract in effect. Explained situation to Oxford & they went away for about 1 year. Now they are back with 3-4 calls per week.  I was able to register a complaint a***nst Oxford at www.donotcall.gov Good luck.

Two to three times a day they call, cant understand a word they are saying sounds all static. Told them each time they have the wrong number and I **** up on them. Now I am rude and short with them. I have dont have Direct TV and never did. Not late on any payment. About ready to call the Indiana AG and report this number.

Oxford Management Service - Debt collector for DirecTV at least. Annoying and harassing - they won't stop! I'm in a dispute with DirecTV over a contract they say I had with them, but I didn't. DirecTV sent this to Oxford Management for collection. Oxford Management said they would stop calling if I faxed them a letter explaining, which I did, but they continue to call. Now they are trying to convince me to give them any amount of money so they will stop bothering me. This should be illegal!

This guys are calling people who owe bills and dont pay there bills ...The people always complaint for they calling but dont pay there bills ... This guys work under laws...If they are calling you and you dont want calls please ask them what will be procedure to stop calls from them they will definetly tell you .. well i,m writting this because i,m a debtor and i,m unemployed but guy helped me to get my bill paid with his ideas and appreciate that guy ...Its just a misunderstanding and nothing else ..

I gave a hard time to the rep, and found out the company name is OMS. I asked he must disclosure if they are a bank he said no, but continue asking for one of my relatives. Remember next time they call, ask them OMS is what type of company!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people are idiots! They are harasing and you can report them to your local police station for harasing you. You can also go to www.donotcall.gov and they will not be able to bother you, if they do then you can file a complaint for harasing phone calls from them.

These idiots are bill collectors.  If you want to have some fun just tell them you dont support alquida and call your local ag office and threaten to sew i will mark this page and check up once in a wile.

is there some way we can make these people stop?  maybe if all of us continually call them we can tie them up.  Lets harass them.

When they call me, they always ask for my husband, when I tell them he is unavailable, they ask for a better time to call back and then don't call then.  They call me the SAME TIME they called the first time, not the time I told them to call back.  So, I ask them who they are and the chic says, "Who are YOU?"  So I told her that if she is going to call me, she better be willing to tell me who she is.  Ugh.

I've been getting calls from them.  I decided to call them back and can't understand a word the guy said.  More than likely a debt collector.

Also, when I just tried to call back, their number is constantly busy. Hmmm

This number has been calling for a few days now, several times a day. They never leave a message, so it must not be important.
