Gave me a case number and asked to call back. Said this was the second attempt to report to a criminal case. If I did not return call or contact attorney they wished me best of luck how the situation will infold. Left this message on voicemail

They called told us we were getting arrested the Marshall was coming because we owe back taxes to make sure we have a criminal lawyer

Call is threatening legal repercussions if I don't call back immediately.

FAKE ... FAKE .... FAKE. As in above they try to scare you .... do not even give them the satisfaction of calling back. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND.

Told my husband there is a criminal case a***nst him for not paying taxes. Asked my husband for his case number. When my husband asked for more information the guy got mad at my husband and ***g up on him.

Wife rec'd call on cell phone indicative of lawsuit, threat and jail.

This is a SCAM intended to scare people out of their money. It's a fake dept of treasury number
