So is this a fraudulent company or not?????

They keep calling me. 2 of the times they called, they ***g up. When finally spoke last time, they claimed they had no record of talking with me and it may be someone else. I let them know I have a caller ID and even spoke the name of person I talked to last time. Now they claim they do not have my address; recap of excuses is 1st took a while to get number, 2nd they just acquired the alleged debt and now do not have address. Because someone else has a very similar name and many people get him mixed up with me I asked for the last 4 digits of my ssn and they claimed they didn't have that information. When asked how they can verify it was me that this debt belonged to the person got very rude and ****** and stated I owed the debt and I know it. I let him know that all I have to do is file a request to have the debt verified and without the ssn that it would be dismissed; person then claimed they can't give out the last 4 digits they have on file. I let him know that if he couldn't verify the last 4 digits of my ssn then I won't verify my address and stated that they sounded like a scam and were fishing for info. Person ***g up on me. Still getting calls from them 2 or 3 times a day.

claimed they own a dept I owe from over 11 years ago. First they claimed that they could not get a number until now then they claimed they just acquired the dept. I asked for the information about the debt to be mailed because I was going to get information proving I paid it in full; I have not received anything in writing and they keep calling. Believe they are a scam and not an actual debt collector.

I keep receiving phone calls from 716-799-8010. Whenever I answer, an automatic message from Zeneth Acquisition Corp is played, asking to speak with Sheila somebody in regards to #100239***. It is a very annoying call and will not stop, so I have labelled the number as "SPAM". The message says this company is located at: 170 Northpoint Parkway in Amherst New York 228.

They keep calling my house and asking for someone that does not live here. I have called them and told them...actually spoke to a person...calls are still coming.

I have recieved calls from this number abut 20 times a day. Sheesh, they never stat there business. Just keep calling

They call me at least 3 times a week and all it is, is a recorded voice. Someone make it stop! My phone is a trac-fone and isnt registered to anyone so there is no reason why a debt collector should be calling me!

These people are s***. They call everyday for nothing. They are annoying the **** out of me. How can I get them to quit ?

Received a call from this number of which was a recording for a ZENITH DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY out of NEWYORK. THIS IS FRAUD NOT AN AUTHENTIC COMPANY AT ALL. CRIMINALS WORKING THE SYSTEM!  Received other calls under different names for CAPITAL ONE OF WHICH I DON'T HAVE ANY DEBT OUT THERE FOR THEM!  Don't answer these calls from this recording or any live person this is FRAUD!

These people call everyday, if not several times a day!!! I don't know who they are or what they want but I do know I have never bought anything from them!! When I listen to the message it says if this is _____ but never say a name, then please listen to this message. Then they tell you to call back with this reference#______ a***n, they don't leave the ref#. When I called back it disconnected.

They keep calling and the recording is requesting that someone whom I do not know return the call. I tried calling them back to get my number off the list, but always get disconnected before someone answers.

I called them and told them they were calling the wrong number when they call my cell phone, and they said they would take it off their list, but they never did. I don't own anyone that would be turning me over to a collection agency.

Repeat calls even after being told they have the wrong person.

Don't call back, makes them call more.

They may be past the statue of limitations for your state anyway.  Check it out.

This is a legit company.......I owe them like $700 but I'm not paying cause it'll be off my credit in 4 months anyways
