Called back line is always busy

Yes recorded call, same as the rest here. I called the number back and it was busy.
SCAM! Just got off the phone with them. Same story as everyone else here.

This is the third time in two weeks that this guy has called our house regarding some emergency alert system that is supposed to ship to us. Same man and same voice and same words every time. I just tried to interrupt him to tell him we're not interested but he just kept talking without skipping a beat. He just called me five minutes ago and I ***g up on him, then I called the number right back to tell him to take our number off his list because we are on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and there was no answer. It rang at least 15 times. This is a recording and an obvious scam.
Same story - called me on 8-1-13 - first recording - a friendly sounding man with info about medical alert system - already bought and paid for, including shipping. This was bought for us because there had been a fall and we needed it. Then a second recording - press 1 to accept, press 5 if you don’t want it. I didn’t press either. After a few seconds a dial tone came on and the call ended. Definitely a SCAM.

They keep called my home phone offering a medical alert system that has apparently been already bought and paid for. When I tried to call to remove my number from their list, the number was fake.
A recording from "John" offering to ship me a prepaid medical alert system. Took me a while to figure out it was a recording though.
They keep calling on my work number claiming to offer a medical alert system already bought and paid for...I tried calling back to tell them they do not have permission to call, but the number is not valid.
If you call the number right back it says it is non-working.
they ***g up when the answering ma****e picked up
SPAM!! Fake voice for medical alert but ****s up in the middle!!! Careful with them!
they have called me at least 4 times in the last month and I have said "name and number off the list" I will be reporting them to the FCC

Medical Alert caller. Said he wanted to install it and it was already paid for. Ordered by doctor or family member. Obviously a scammer. It would not stop talking when I asked a question so it may be a robo-call. How do I stop these creeps? Is there a place to report them? Should I just call the police?
This number recited the same pre-recorded message from John that (716) 817-8527 left last week. I pressed 5 and was told that I wouldn't be contacted a***n. Apparently they meant that I wouldn't be contacted from that phone number a***n, so they used a different number and called today. We were in the middle of eating dinner and the only reason I answered was to make the phone stop ringing. It must have rung 20 times before I finally picked up. John stumbles through his script, making it sound like he's live.
I've read about those *****s, so I was aware of the scam, and when I accidentally answered the phone when they called and "John" went into his spiel I actually laughed and said "I'm not buying",.
And they still call every couple of days, it's amazing.
They sounded live...but it was recorded message.
They called and said that I was eligible for a free health alarm. That it was paid for and that all they needed to know was where I wanted it shipped. Scam
