Really? Then validate the debts! Really? Then stop pretending to be freakin' attorneys! I've had two separate individuals leave these types of voice mail messages for me over the last three months with two different "case" numbers. Really? I'm still waiting for validation for the first call! You got a nice littel scam going there - doncha!

On Thursday April 21, 2011 at 4:30 pm, I received an unknown male voice message regarding me stating that it was a personal matter or person of interest and that I needed to call 716-821-9202 by pressing the 1 key now. He raised his voice and stated in the message that I needed to call the office immediately and that if did not call about this matter. The decisions will be made without my knowledge. He did not leave his name nor the company he was calling from. I have been making payments with a guy named Bob Sanders of $50.00 since the month of March 2011. His number is 716-240-6998. When you return his call a female voice message comes on and say for emergency purposes to call 716-821-9202. On April 30, spoke to someone earlier and later a Michael Turk at 11:33 am person with a heavy accent threatening me stating that if i do not make a payment soon that he was going to do a summons on me on Monday May 2nd. In response to your question, that justice would be served for the individuals. I have been harassed and stressed out because of the fraud and deceitful behavior of these individuals. I am victim of being scam by people who like to take advantage of me with a very poor credit history.

Called me at 4:30 pm and stated that it was legal actionand to call back immediately, but he did not give his name nor the company he worked.

Answer and ask who they are calling for. Tell them you don't know them but stop calling. They didn't give me their name so they aren't a legit company.

Got a call from these bogus bill collectors claiming that a civil suit was being filed a***nst myself and my husband for a two year old bill.  I told her to call my atty, if they needed me in court!  Don't fall for these scams that claim they are taking you to court, they are third party bill collectors with no clout.

Just got call with garbled message asking for someone who doesn't even live here?

recorded message saying to press 1 to connect to office if your ___for an important message or decisions will be made without my knowledge that  could effect me oe to return call @ #.

Had  the same thing. Called the number and some lady that said her name was Carol answered. Also got this from 313-278-3449.

I keep getting calls from this number, leaves message saying important matter needing my attention or decisions will be made without me.
