i get call at least once a week this is a place of business and in florida if you are told not to call they are not by law call there a***n but they think they are above the law, susan sharpe needs to get a real job.

I TOLD THIS OFFICE I HAD JUST FILED BANKRUPTCY THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDNT CARE & HOW WAS I GOING TO PAY THIS DEBT TOLD THEM TO CONTACT MY ATTY GAVE THEM THE PHONE # & MY ATTY'S NAME--STILL GETTING PHONE CALLS AT WORK FROM THIS COMPANY I HAVE CALLED THEM 5X ALREADY & TOLD THEM TO STOP CALLING ME ---THIS IS CRAZY!!!

Called stating I was named a defendant in a case in Maricopa County.Stated his name was Anthony Green. Unaware of any civil litigation, left a voice message to return call.Visited Scottsdale in February on a business trip, not quite sure how they got my information.

Claimed to go forward with having my check ganisheed if i didn't pay up. the thing is I applied for a loan with another company whom i trust and deal with. when i signed my do***ents with them electronically somehow DJR STOLE my information and deposited $300 into my checking account. When I discovered it I called them and told them to take it back they told me I would have to pay the interest. I blocked them from going back into my checking account because I simply want to wire the money back to them. They threatened me that the debt was now over $800. I am not going to pay them one thin dime!! THEY STOLE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION !!! I just as well see them in court first and they can get their 4300 back then!!!

I keep getting a call about a loan and they keep asking for my credit card info when asked to release the paperwork regarding the loan to make sure it's a legitimate payment company  the representative stated I have to pay the loan off first.

This number calls me several times a day, calls my employer but when I ask for them to send me the information either by email or reg. mail they refuse. They threaten with having me arrested, taking my drivers license etc. Who are they

I keep getting calls from this number. They call my cell and house phone at the same time... Erica Taylor who states this is a investion firm and Shelia Mcclain who when I asked if this was a collection agency said yes. They come across as a law office. Threated to turn my case over to local county lawforce as fraud. Not sure whats going on. I have filed a BBB report on them...

I do not have a debt with this company or the one they represent...This was paid in full last year. They would not identify themselves. They said That I was lazy and should pay my bills and then swore at me. They represent themselves as a law firm...Look up the phone # and you will see alot of complaints...Even the Mayor is tryning to shut these collections agencies in New York...Be aware...Do Not let them intimidate you into paying for a debt that has been paid! **** Up and Call the BBB.

This debt was paid in full...these people are rude, they swear at you and make all kind of threats...I am filing a report with the BBB...They will not give you the company name or address or let you speak to a supervisor...do not fall into their trap..look up this phone # and you will see all the reports A***NST this company!

I get these calls all day every hour on the hour.

got a call from 716-923-7408 and they left a message asking for an old friend. I returned the call and asked what this was about. He began to tell me how my friend had committed financial fraud and used my name as a reference. I will soon be served with a summons to appear in court. As I began to ask a question, this**** told me to shut my mouth and let him talk. I laughed and ***g-up! I called back several miutes later and was told that my old friend used m as a reference and that he was being sought after for internet fraud. I should be served my summons within 72 hours but it's really up to LVPD to serve me... what a bunch of losers!!!

they left a voice mail. it was a woman. the whole message was garbled and unrecognizable. all i got was so****ing about a lawyer and an investigation. the callers name and the rest of the message couldn't be understood. this specific number does not lead to a lot of results in a google search, all i've gotten so far is that harassing numbers that s**** with 716.923.**** are from a "collection agency" in buffalo NY that has massive complaints and suits pending a***nst them for their inappropriate business practices.

Keeps calling. Who is it?
