just got a call from this number ***-202-4218 told me that i had a debt with them and first they left a message for my son..it has been going on for about 5 or 6 months now..so i thought i would call it back to see what was going on..from the time they answer the phone they were very mid west people hard to understand. they did not ask me my name but knew my son name..his name could go either way..so i did not say who i was..i was ***g up on two times..the man just kept saying i am a fraud he must of said that 10 time each call..i call the number back and the same man i talked to ... was yelling and i said tell me who i was talking to and he would not..i said are you in the usa and he said new york..then he told me he would make i live a living***** ..and i said tell me how this feels and i ***g up on him..waiting for the phone to ring...

I got a messafe from these a**holes also... total scam!!!!!!!

Attn people...please s**** filing complaints with your states attorney general. Try to get as much information as you can.  Phone numbers, addresses and names.  Then file a formal complaint.  We need to get rid of these people.  Please research your rights!  You can not go to jail for a debt you owe.  Remember the only reason people go to jail for child support is because they violated a court order!!  If anyone on you have filed for bankruptcy protection, please contact your attorney to let them know you are being harassed.  Harassing you for a debt you included in your bankruptcy is a violation of your automatic stay.  Lets get rid of these awful people!!

I googled Parker Collection Agency there number is no longer in service..Was going to see what I could find out...

Thank you cop1. I do not have any loans with cashnet wasnt even sure who they where till I googled them when I got the first call.. I did keep the email they sent me showing this to be fraud and being investigated but then a***n I don't trust anyone or anything anymore. I got a call from a woman yes****ay with a strong middle eastern accent googled it and same thing a scam. They are saying they are with Morrison and****ociates 229-299-5900 so I called it back and the lady was like if you give me all your information then I can help you.. Didnt happen....wasnt giving out anything.. I wish there was a way to get to these people and put them thru the***** they are putting me thru...

Any legitimate business will give you their company name, address, an telephone number. From my investigation of this telephone number it seems that they intentionally want the above information to remain anonymous and they frequently c****e or use 800 numbers so that the receiver can't detect the location of the call. Making it hard for Law enforcement.Cash Net as not been truthful with you, If you took a payday loan from them and didn't pay it back, they sold it to this company which is in violation of the Fair Debt Credit Pactice Act (FDCPA)FDCPA - 806. We called it back and they wouldnt tell us the name of the company.

This is the second call I have gotten from this same number. I told him where to go and  how to get there the first time. He just called a***n making threats regarding that I never called him back. I did call and speak with a lady at cash net who stated this is a scam. She even emailed me the info showing it is being investigated.....Freakin s*** bags get a real job...

Same message same person. I work for a law office and s****ed asking him all kinds of questions like who he worked for, the court date, any briefs he had on the case. He got real ignorant and said he wasn't going to tell me. So I told him since he has all my information I will wait for the court to send me informatio and I will then talk to a knowledgable person. Also I am worried they have my ss number.

Yeah - I just got a call fromt he same guy and he said the same thing - totally sounds like a scam

i recieved a voicemail from a male stating his name was Sean Wilson. he said he was a paralegal officer from the loan fraud investigation department. he stated that my social security number is under fraud investigation and for me to call him before it gets filed with the courts. he never once said the name of the company he was with. i tried calling back but the phone rang about 5 times then went to a generic voicemail. the voicemail didn't give the name of the company either. i'm pretty sure this is a scam. i've only recieved one call so far, but i've blocked the number anyway. *** 202 4218
