Cardmember Services. They're getting better at this as the guy gave me a Florida license number, a Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services number (fake - goes to a vacation scam) and said he'd be arrested if he lied to me. He called me various ****** names when I called him out on the Ft. Lauderdale location he gave me because my caller ID was showing a Lancaster, PA area code. Last time I checked PA and FL aren't that close.
