This number called me didn't leave a message I called it back and the carrier says its not a working number

They keep calling me but leave no messages.  Once, there was a recording that came on and stated, "If you are Ber***ine Wiley ... press #"

Called to verify my order. I did not order anything. When I said that the caller stumbled and hisitated. Then responded that there was so****ing wrong with the system and ***g up. When I called the the # it came up as not a working #.

not sure but wanted my credit card numbers
