This a**hole called me four times repeatedly and left no message.  I called the number back and asked them to stop, and they threatened to call the police.For months, this person kept calling my cell phone number and asking for someone named "Bill."  Despite being told countless times there was no one named Bill, they kept calling and calling.  In short, they harass, they never leave messages, and they get all hissy when you call them out on it.
