In response to the commenter above (victim of harassment), this phone number is carried by "bandwith.com" which is a VOIP provider. So this number could be a temporary phone used for anonymity. It is not a mobile or landline number, it is an online VOIP number.

I keep getting random text messages from this number with hearts. I am in the process of a criminal case where I am the victim of harassment and I believe this is the girl I have filed charges a***nst. Does anyone know how to dig any deeper?
