Who Called: State electrical company

I was told by a man with an accent that I was overcharged by my electric supplier I have through PPL Electric. They were going to pay me back with a gift card and a rate cut on my bills. They wanted me to tell them my supplier they said was listed on my ppl bill. Almost got scammed by a State electric man in person last year. Not a***n. Not sure if it's a spam call, but he's not good.
